WARRANTY & RETURNS

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

WARRANTY

• 12 month warranty for silver/gold items.
• 6 month warranty for gold plated silver/gold-filled items.
• The warranty does not include tear, break or tarnish of the item from improper use.
• We can also renew the gold plated after the 6 month warrently for a minimal fee, according to the items size.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• Full priced items can be refunded in full, if returned within 14 days of purchase, minus all shipping charges. This excludes sale items, or custom-made items.
• The item must be unworn in the original packaging and with proof of purchase (invoice or voucher). 
• The item can be returned directly to us via Israel Post. For more information please contact us. We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to FOSSIL.
• Please note - it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to us safely.
• Please wrap the product in bubble wrap to avoid damage and send the product with tracking.
• We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
